  • Shipping is free for orders over €100, excluding bulky goods with a length of 80cm and over – or a weight of 7kg and over.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping location and combined order volume/weight.
  • Orders before 3pm are generally dispatched same day, alternatively they will be dispatched next day from our Italian warehouse.
  • Generally items are delivered within 5 working days for most European shipping addresses.
  • Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
  • All orders are shipped via a tracked courier service such as UPS.

In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a backorder, alternative product choice or a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of utilised courier services, including Australia post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
C. where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct

AVAILABLE TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

 

  • Items will be shipped from the closest available warehouse depending on the delivery location. We currently boast warehouses in Italy, United States, Australia and South Africa.
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping location and combined order volume/weight.
  • Generally items are delivered within 10 working days for international orders, however this can be longer depending on the country. 
  • Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.
  • All orders are shipped via courier, including DHL, UPS, AusPost, TNT and Star Track.
